Rapallo at Coconut Point Gets 5-Star Rating

A new Creative Research study gave the resort-lifestyle gated community of Rapallo a 5-Star rating for “Site Design” and “Building Design” plus a near-perfect score of 5.8 out of 6.0 for “Overall Community Concept”.

The study surveyed 540 Rapallo homeowners on “Desirability” and “Satisfaction”. 91% of the residents said they had recommended Rapallo to others and 89% said they would recommend Rapallo again.
